Greetings, and welcome to Goddess Within. I am Tanisia Smith, a Maryland-licensed and nationally certified massage therapist, Reiki master in the Usui tradition, creator of bath and body delights, and practicing intuitive.

I use a combination of massage therapy and energywork to help people let go of the pain that they hold between themselves and their joy, whether that joy is their freedom of movement or their ability to fall wholeheartedly into the juicy pulp of life.
